Our broker's deep knowledge of the refined fuels market and experience in getting deals done for our clients is the heart of Danaher Oil's success. We serve primarily the Mid-continent region, including both the Group3 and Chicago Area refined fuels markets. We also broker markets along Explorer Pipeline, TEPCO Pipeline and NuStar Pipeline. In 2007 Danaher Oil added ethanol to our list of brokered products, using our existing contacts to help grow and bring liquidity to the budding biofuels market.

Hawkeye Energy - Cash Market Watch:

For 15 years our Hawkeye Energy-Cash Market Watch has been assembled by our brokers twice daily for an AM and PM report. The report is a snapshot of the current marketplace and lists bids and offers for unleaded gas, premium unleaded, low sulfur diesel, high sulfur diesel, jet fuel and kerosene. The Hawkeye covers four major market areas: Colonial pipeline on the U.S. Gulf Coast, TEPPCO pipeline, the Mid-continent Group 3 Magellan pipeline and the Chicago area pipeline system. Our information is gathered directly from the marketplace and is posted for the current month and carried three months forward. Our Hawkeye report is available in both a basis/differential and cash value format. Subscribers can view these reports in both PDF and Excel formats to better suit their data analysis and integration needs. Hawkeye Energy Differential Hourly Updates:

Increasing market swings and volatility led to the creation of an Hourly Updates report. The Hourly Updates follow unleaded gas and low sulfur diesel for the Gulf, Chicago and Group markets. The updates are posted every day at 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30. Within each update is a short market observation providing insight into current market conditions and/or trends. Market Observations:

Each day we post a historical graph illustrating spot market price trends for unleaded gas and low sulfur diesel in the Group and Chicago markets.This graph is created from our Hawkeye historical data system which is explained in greater detail below. Historical Data:

Danaher Oil has been collecting historical data since 1996 and is available as a separate purchase from our web page subscription. We can produce historical graphs with our data and also create spreadsheets listing bids, offers and MERC data gathered from the products, pipelines and time periods listed in our Hawkeye reports.
